Mr. Gopal Sultania: The founder of the “Devika Group” founded the company and introduced it under the sizing business in 1992 as “Devika Polyester Private Limited.” Mr. Ashok Sultania joined in a few years of time and later together extended the company by forming “Devika Fibres Private Limited” for commercial activities in the Polyester Texturizing industry, with the goal of making “Devika Group” as one of the top leaders in the textile sector. The Polyester Texturizing activities began with a monthly output of 90 MT, and with time the company grew and expanded in terms of production capacity and name.
Today, “Devika Group” is an acclaimed name in the Textile Industry and is one of the leading manufacturers of Polyester Yarn in India. With the commitment to deliver quality and excellence, today “Devika Group” produces an array of products in the textile industry under the Polyester Draw Textured Yarn (DTY) and Air Textured Yarn (ATY) product categories for India and worldwide use.

Today the group is led and managed successfully under the guidance of Mr. Ashok Sultania and has a monthly production capacity of 1700MT under Drawn Texturized Yarn (DTY) and 400MT of Air Texturized Yarn (ATY) category. With time, “Devika Group” is only aiming to achieve and soar towards new heights of success!
Shri Ramavtar Sultania had the desire to establish his own small sizing plant in Surat, Gujarat. Mr. Gopal Sultania, the company’s founder, incorporated Devika Group in the sizing business in 1992 under the name ‘Devika Polyester Private Limited’ in Surat, Gujarat. Initially, Devika Group had its manufacturing capacity of 300 MT/year and in just a few months of time it increased its production capacity, thus establishing itself as a full-fledged expanding firm in the Surat textile sector.
Mr. Ashok Sultania joined the firm after its successful inception, and the Sultania Brothers worked together to take the Devika Group to the next level of the company’s evolution.
Devika Group prolonged its operations and capacity to 12000 MT per annum. Over time, the Group gradually started to focus more in the texturizing sector due to its lucrative opportunities and future prospects.
Devika Group also took its first step towards greener environment by investing towards in wind turbine with a capacity of 0.60 MW, which was installed in Gujarat, India. Moreover, In 2009, Devika Polyester Pvt Ltd amalgamated with Devika Fibers Pvt Ltd to form the latter as its cornerstone firm.
Devika Group accomplished its highest annual manufacturing capacity of 18000 MT tonnes. The company primarily established and ventured in the Air Texturizing Yarn business, thus expanding in new ventures under the yarn manufacturing industry.
This period was of the most important transformations and expansions. Devika Group increased more of its Air Texturized machines, thus raising the ATY vertical’s to a total annual production to 18000 tonnes. The Group further raised the manufacturing capacity of Devika Fibers Pvt Ltd to 30000MT per year resulting the operations with 19 DTY Machines and 16 ATY Machines.
Moreover, the company further expanded in green energy by installing multiple green energy projects such as 1.125 MW and 5.2 MW Solar Power Plant and a 2.1 MW Wind Turbine.
