The Green Initiatives

The Management at Devika Group has diversified its activities under the sustainable green energy division which includes generation of Wind Energy and Solar Power as we believe that it is our utmost responsibility to protect our environment and contribute effectively towards building and developing a better place for living.

 

Devika Group is focused towards contributing significantly in building a greener community through using renewable energy as it reduces the carbon footprint and dependence on the consumption of energy fuels.

Windmill and Solar Plants

In 2007, Devika Group installed its first 0.60 MW wind mill generator (WTG) in Kutch, Gujarat.  Furthering the cause of wind power generation, Devika Group further added a 2.1 MW WTG in the year 2020 in the same region, resulting in a total wind power generation capacity of 2.7 MW.


On the other hand, Devika Group has installed its 1st 4000 Solar Power Panel plant in the city of Bharuch, Gujarat which contributes a total of 1.125MW in solar power generation.


Devika Group has further plans for more expansion in the field of green energy development. Till date, Devika Group has a total of 3.825 MW green energy generation, a small number yet a significant and growing contribution in creating a greener and environmentally friendly economy.
