Under the national health programme of ‘Fit India, Hit India’ initiated by Indian Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, We at Devika Group organize free medical checkup and medical supplies for our team of employees and people living close to our surroundings. We believe in developing societies of healthier people for a better tomorrow and a better standard of living.


Thus, with the idea of helping people, Devika Group also organizes blood donation camps on its factory premises in association with “ROTARY CLUB”. Lending a hand towards helping one to breathe and live brings immense pleasure and satisfaction. The camp observes enthusiastic participation by the staff members as all happily play their part in lending a helping hand to needy people. A thorough medical check-up of potential donors as well as the blood donation itself is performed in the factory premises. The day brings smiles and laughter all around – a true embodiment of what we believe in – selfless service with a smile. Thus, Devika Group conducts its blood donation camp every year.

Devika Group owns a full fledged canteen facility at its factory premises for their operations team and employees where each one can avail meals at a subsidized and cheap rate. The subsidized meals from the canteen serve hygienic and nutritious meals everyday which helps to boost the productivity and efficiency of our employees and allows each one of them to stay fit and healthy.

In India, sports like Cricket brings people together to collaborate and provides a much needed relief to relax after the working hours. Devika Group organizes annual cricket tournaments for the staff to express themselves on the field and nurture key values such as SPORTSMAN SPIRIT and ACCOUNTABILITY.

 

Being one of the main organisers of the event, the tournament provides a great platform for team-building development and allows them to continue their love affair with the “gentleman’s game”.
